Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities and 5 to 8 business days to other locations. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during festival periods, or because of weather and courier delays outside our control.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 999. Below that, a flat charge of Rs. 79 applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to Rs. 5,000, subject to your delivery pin code being serviceable. An additional handling charge of Rs. 49 applies to COD orders and is shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received them within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.
How we pack
Brass is heavy and takes knocks in transit, so every piece is wrapped individually and packed with cushioning. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, please see our Refund and Returns Policy before accepting it.
