About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Products
Our products are handcrafted from brass. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Small variations in size, weight, tone and finish between individual pieces are normal in handmade work and are not defects.
Where a product image is a placeholder rather than a photograph of the actual item, this is indicated on the product page.
Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before you place an order.
If an item is found to be out of stock or incorrectly priced after you order, we will contact you and offer either a replacement, a wait, or a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel an order in these circumstances.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm dispatch. Payment must clear before dispatch, except on Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Care and use
Guidance on caring for brass is offered in good faith as general advice. We are not responsible for damage caused by cleaning methods, products or handling that fall outside that guidance.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photographs, text and the Urban Pittal name and logo, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
